Bilingual Pricing/Support Specialist

Details: The Bilingual Pricing/Support Specialist position is a combination of the Pricing Specialist position and the Support Specialist position.  This role provides an excellent opportunity to directly interact with both English and Spanish speaking Dart customers and Dart Sales representatives in international markets.  One of the primary functions of this position is to translate English/Spanish communications.  This position will also process customer orders accurately, efficiently and with a high level of customer service. Specific Duties:Translate English/Spanish correspondence. Review and price customer orders for an assigned geographic region.  Contact customers when there is a discrepancy.Enter purchase orders and send order acknowledgements.Prepare customs documents and make arrangements with freight forwarders.Maintain customer contact information, shipping requirements and pricing set up information in Dart's computer system.Interact with employees in Production, Traffic, Graphics, and other departments.Process various reports.Process custom print requests for the Graphics Department.Process special requests from Account Managers and Sales Representatives.Contact commerical references for credit establishment and send past due notifications.Answer incoming calls for Dart de Mexico and other calls from Spanish speakers. Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or international equivalent requiredBilingual fluency in Spanish and English requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills in native language requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills in secondary language requiredProper phone etiquette skills required6 months word processing and spreadsheet experience preferred6 months email experience preferred6 months data entry experience preferred6 months customer service experience preferredAbility to communicate in Portuguese is a plus
