Details: Location: FL_OrlandoRelocation Provided: NegotiableEducation Required: Bachelors DegreeExperience Required: 1 - 3 YearsPosition Description:Position Purpose Provide tactical management for Plant Equipment purchases including PO placement, invoicing and payment processes to vendors. Also provide tracking for project timelines and budgets. Major/Key Accountabilities • Enter and update purchase orders (PO’s) in SAP and SRM• Manage payments to vendors on capital projects per contract terms• Track project budgets and timelines to ensure compliance to contracts• Update supplier schedules and modify expected PO delivery dates in SAP • Manage RFP’s process with suppliers. • Help qualify and set up new suppliers following established SOP’s • Provide overall system maintenance for suppliers and PO’sMeasures • Adherence to Project Timelines• Capital Equipment CostsChallenges • Coordination between CHEP engineers and equipment suppliersKey contacts Internal Capital Engineering, Account Payable (AP), MasterdataQualifications • BA or BS in Business, Finance, Engineering or related fieldsExperience • 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain background • Previous experience with project budgets and CAPEX tracking preferred• Previous experience with capital equipment purchases preferredSkills and Knowledge • Advanced Excel skills required• Word, Power Point, Access, and Outlook skills required• SAP knowledge preferredLanguages Required English
