First Capital's First Growth Capital division is seeking to add an experienced Account Executive in Factoring to its team in Boynton Beach, FL.Summary:  Responsible for managing a group of factoring clients to include the relationship and risk exposure of those clients.  Consults with management on client issues as they arise and works to resolve those issues accordingly.  Participates in weekly meetings to provide updates/overviews for each client account.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the funding of new accounts assigned. Review supporting documentation from clients for validity of advance request and approve/decline advance and/or reserve releases. Manage credit facilities within approved limits. Implement pricing and fee enhancements. Ensure that appropriate UCC filings are maintained for pledged collateral. Respond to client requests in a timely manner, whether in person, phone or email. Review all credit and legal information periodically to ensure that all related client information/documentation is maintained per First Capital’s policies and procedures. Perform an in-depth analysis on client’s monthly financial statements/collateral and prepare write-ups on financial performance as assigned. Coordinate with Audit Manager/Team all field examination work for assigned portfolio to ensure all clients are being reviewed timely and exceptions are being addressed and resolved accordingly. Request client information as needed. Visit client sites to tour facilities, discuss overall business, address specific credit issues and cross sell additional First Capital products and services. Attend industry tradeshows and functions to promote all of FCC, LLC product and service offerings. Coordinate payoffs of assigned accounts. Complete monthly loan ratings and trend cards on assigned accounts. Perform other duties as assigned.
