Assist with troubleshooting and processing of employee wireless communications.Summary of Key Responsibilities:-          Apply subject matter knowledge regarding wired and wireless telecommunications and align with the SMTI’s sourcing strategies and methods-          Assist the SMTI in maintaining cost savings, cost avoidance, and risk mitigation-          Procure communications for all kiosks in alignment with current sourcing strategies-          Interact with telecommunication suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and operation of wireless and wired telecommunications for all kiosks-          Maintain cell kit tracking database to determine shrinkage and supply chain issues-          Assist redbox field personnel troubleshooting wired and wireless devices for both kiosks and employees, engaging suppliers and help desk when appropriate-          Approve invoices for cell kit purchase orders and maintain billing and order records-          Recommend, test and procure new kiosk communications equipment to ensure seamless transition between device models and carriers-          Other duties and projects as assigned by the SMTI and department managementKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:-          Ability to interact in a positive manner with consultants, vendors, team members and senior management and to keep a positive mental attitude at all times-          Have a customer service focus and mentality when working with employees-          Demonstrates high-level oral and written communication skills-          Has the ability to address and diplomatically resolve inter-personal conflict-          Has a solid and unwavering belief in good ethics and honesty-          Ability to analyze and troubleshoot wired and wireless telecommunication issues-          Knowledge of telecommunications industry and the inner workings of carriers, specifically Verizon Wireless, Verizon, Sprint, Frontier, AT&T, & Centurylink-          Proven excellence in execution and delivering projects on time-          Open to change and innovation-          Demonstrates a high-level of computer literacy including:o    Windows & Microsoft Outlook (req.)o    Microsoft Word & Excel (req.)o    Microsoft Access (desirable)Education and Experience:-          2+ yr of college successfully completed, Bachelors Degree desired -          2+ yr experience repairing or troubleshooting MTM communications   or  -          4+ yr experience in wired and/or wireless telecommunications fieldIn addition to a rewarding career, Coinstar, Inc. offers excellent employee benefits and competitive compensation.
