Senior Sourcing And Procurement Analyst - St. Louis Park, MN

Details: Seeking a Senior Sourcing and Procurement Analyst within the Contract Labor Program Office.This person will act as the liaison between UHS Hiring Managers and Suppliers to recruit and fill active job postings. This person will specifically be supporting the IT Contingent Labor team. Develops and executes a daily plan. (Returns all calls by COB same day, facilitates the continued flow of requirements with consistent follow up, etc.) Successfully manages their own day. Works independently. Has a good handle over own 'business'. Conveys a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations.Contributes to improving process/solving issues and sharing ideas/knowledge with team members with regards to sourcing best practices. Leverages an established supplier base to recruit the best candidate at the best price, (experience with rate negotiations or RFP process desirable). Maintains relationships with internal customers to support their labor sourcing needs. Ability to clearly define hiring needs with internal customers and work together with various groups (internally and externally) to accomplish common goals.-Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.-Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others.-Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area.-Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.-Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise.OFFICE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE IN ST.
