Provides input to senior management on a weekly basis including status reports, trends, and opportunities.Exemplifies core values of customer service as demonstrated by communications, presentation, and relationships with internal and external contacts.Responsible for increasing NPP membership through developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, members, and associations.Responsible for registration process under assigned vertical(s)Increase annual revenue within assigned verticals and manage sales by managing/creating collateral and advertising initiatives.Responsible for accurate and timely vendor reporting by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.Oversees vendor reporting analysis to ensure compliance with Vendor Relationship Guidelines.Acts as a contracting participant as assigned and works with key vendor contacts to identify contract modifications, improvements, and renewals.Develop, implements, and maintains strategic marketing plan with Senior Executives and National Account managers and assists Marketing Director in developing cobranded marketing collateral for assigned vertical market.Manages logistic details for national conferences to include conference research, vendor participation, and marketing collateral as assigned. Travel to conferences to represent NPP.Provides training opportunities for Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and Vendor Sales Representatives on vertical-specific processes.Bachelor's degree in Business or related area; or equivalent required. Strong communicator with excellent public speaking and presentation skills and the ability to write clearly and concisely. Must have experience in brand marketing/advertising, campaign strategy and implementation.Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work through tasks and solve problems. Understands business etiquette and how to build good business relationships; great customer service and sales skills. Knows how to work professionally and effectively with vendors; strong negotiating skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively meet deadlines, prioritize projects; the ability to work independently without supervision. Analytical, strategic and creative thinker. Comfortable in a team environment.
