Details: Classification: Purchasing Manager Compensation: $10.00 to $13.00 per hour A manufacturing organization in South Plainfield, NJ is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator. As a Purchasing Coordinator, duties will include processing billing invoices for 2 site locations, file invoices, purchase orders, and journal entries, enter purchase orders, placing orders with vendors, and attaching the invoice to the purchase order. Additional duties will include maintaining W-9's, researching accounts payable and purchasing issues, and other general office duties. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of purchasing experience and a strong working knowledge of excel and large accounting package (MAS90, AS400, Great Plains, JDE).
